Doctor Dawson
2 oz. Tequila
1 dash Bitters
3 oz. Club Soda
1 Egg
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, sugar, bitters, and egg. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the club soda.
